Gift of Life !

I have tried it, I find it tasteful, I will be in for another , I’m using it for my colesterol, I was hoping for a higher polyphenol. I was using the corntina .

Johnny, thanks for your response. We are so glad you have found an olive oil that you like and even better that it fits your health regimne. Although we do have olive oil's with higher polyphenols from time to time this Mission olive oil is one that we grow here in California and with a phenol count of 670 we are pretty proud of it. We will always carry a high phenol oil and hope to have one in the next growing season that is above the current numbers. Have a great rest of your day!

Not my favorite, a bit too peppery. I usually don’t like to cook with your lovely oils and use them for salads and thin finishing ribbons on soups and pasta. I will spend more time tasting next time. Love all the vinegar small bottles I found.

Cindy,
Thanks for your input. Our California Mission olive from our most recent harvest in December tends to be very high in polyphenols and does finish with a higher pepper note than most. As we have classified it as a Robust EVOO, I would suggest our California Arbequina which we harvested a few days before but has a little milder flavor profile and although a little less in polyphenol count still is in the upper 500 range which we think is great. We are currently in love with it on salads and pasta.
